Mayor Don Walters is pleased to invite the Cuyahoga Falls community to celebrate Public Power Week at the 2024 Cuyahoga Falls Electric System Energy Expo on Thursday, October 10, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium, 2345 4th Street.

The Energy Expo is an opportunity for residents to learn more about energy efficiency and conservation at home and the benefits of public power. Refreshments will be offered throughout the day. Free Home Energy Efficiency Kits will be available for Cuyahoga Falls Electric System residential customers, one kit per household while supplies last.

Public Power Week is celebrated by 2,000 community-owned, not-for-profit electric utilities that collectively provide electricity to 49 million Americans. For more information, contact the Cuyahoga Falls Electric Department at 330-971-8060.
