To ensure accurate service, all requests must be received by 4:00 PM the day prior to pickup date. Monday pickup requests must be received by 4:00 PM the Friday before.

 

Day of Service Bulky Items (1 or 2 oversized items) - Option 1

This option is for 1 or 2 oversized items that you want to be picked up on your normal trash day. There is no additional charge for full-service customers.

  • Limit two bulky items per week for Full Service customers at no charge.
  • $30.00 charge applies for items not considered 'Bulky Items'.
  • $30.00 charge applies for limited service customers.
  • A Bulky Item is an item that can't be broken down to fit inside of a trash cart (even if the cart was empty). Items such as washers, dryers, hot water tanks, mattresses, tables, couches and large furniture, up to five rolls of carpeting 5' in length, grills, and very large TV's. Wooden fencing must be cut down to 4' x 6' sections.

 

Special Pickup (2 or more oversized items) - Option 2

  • $30.00 minimum charge for 3 or more various items picked up on any regularly scheduled work day (M-F), excluding major holidays.
  • Every $30 charge covers up to the rough equivalent of the volume of a bed of a medium size pickup truck.
  • Charges automatically increase based on what is placed out for pickup, $30, $60, $90, etc.

 

Party Pack - Option 3

  • Full service customers can request a pickup of up to 10 bags of extra trash at the curb one time free per year on customer's regular day of service. $15.00 for every additional request or for limited service customers.
