Mayor Don Walters is proud to announce that the Ohio Army National Guard Band, the 122nd Army Band, will kick off its 2024 Tour in Downtown Cuyahoga Falls with “Rewind to the 80’s” on Tuesday, June 25 at 7 p.m. at the Downtown Plaza.
This family-friendly event will include food trucks, inflatables, a climbing wall, and crafts. There will be fireworks following the event at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Founded in 1944, the 122nd Army Band is charged with carrying out the mission of strengthening troop morale and building a positive connection between the public and the Ohio National Guard. All 38 members of the band are Soldiers in the Ohio Army National Guard, and they hail from all corners of Ohio. More information about the 122nd Army Band is available at www.122ndarmyband.com.
