A new federal rule now requires water systems like Cuyahoga Falls to put their service line material inventory on their website where water customers can enter their address to see what material is identified based on our records. This map represents the current inventory as of October 15, 2024.
Those with lead service lines and unknown service lines or galvanized service lines downstream of lead service lines will receive notifications annually until the services are replaced.
Per the EPA, non-copper lines must be replaced within the next 10 years. The City of Cuyahoga Falls is working on an equitable replacement program. We will notify you when a replacement program is in place.
