Utility customers who pay online will notice an updated Utility Billing payment website beginning Monday, January 31, 2022. All login IDs and passwords will remain the same.
All customers that currently pay through RECURRING or SCHEDULED payments will need to log in to your online account and create a new recurring or scheduled option, located at the top of the screen. As this new and improved payment portal goes live, any recurring or scheduled payments in the old system will not go through.
