Season memberships, and daily pass sales are available for sale at the Water Works Family Aquatic Center while the facility is open.
Please note that a valid, government issued photo ID (e.g., Driver License, Military ID, Passport, State Issued ID) is required for daily visits and to purchase annual memberships for everyone 16 years and older.

2024 Season Pass sales
Pre-season Pass sales begin on december 1, 2023
Pre-season pass sales for the 2024 Season Passes may be purchased by phone at the Natatorium 330-971-8080 or the Park and Recreation main line (330) 971-8225 or in person at the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium. Regular season rates apply beginning May 1.

Daily Ticket Rates-Closing Day for General Admissions: Saturday August 10, 2024 - the park will close at 6:00 p.m.
Daily tickets are made available at Water Works and may be purchased at any time Wednesday-Saturdays (Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays are reserved for Season Pass holders & their guest only-2 guest per season pass holder). An ID will be required at the time of purchase. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted at the Admissions window. We reserve the right to limit admissions due to capacity.

SEASON pASS Rates
Season Passes include access to the facility for the entire season, with early admittance and Season Pass only days (Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays).
In order to purchase a season pass, please be prepared to present a drivers license or birth certificate for all children under 21 years of age that are to be included on the household pass.

Season Pass Sales Regulations
- All resident addresses will be verified by the City of Cuyahoga Falls.
- Previous season pass cards may be re-used.
- Household rates available for those living in the same primary residential household/residence, or those with legal guardianship, regardless of residency together, will apply.
- Season Passes are non-transferrable.
- No refunds for season passes after opening day 5/25, 2024.
- All prices subject to change.

SilverSneakers & Prime Free Memberships
Water Works Family Aquatic Center, in partnership with the national Healthway’s SilverSneakers and Prime Programs®, offers free access to the facility for all eligible adults and seniors.
NOTE: A CFOne Card is required for entry into the facility. Present your SilverSneakers card to the front desk of the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium to set up your account for both facilities. Showing your SilverSneakers card at the admissions window will not gain entry.
SilverSneakers
Membership for those Medicare eligible, usually 65 and over, is based on the insurance company's association with SilverSneakers. This basic membership is at no cost for those enrolled, including some of the benefits a season pass holder would receive. Call your insurance provider or contact SilverSneakers customer service at (888) 423-4632, or check the SilverSneakers website for more information.
Prime
If you or your company is participating in the Prime program, designed for adults 18 - 64 with the goal of motivating members to becoming more physically active, you may receive a free membership (some benefits not applicable). Family members 18 and over can use Prime if covered by same insurance. Unsure if you apply? Contact your insurance provider or employer to inquire.
RENEW ACTIVE/BE WELL (formerly OPTUM FITNESS ADVANTAGE) by UNITEDHEALTHCARE
With Renew Active, from UnitedHealthcare® , you can join the Natatorium and use Water Works Family Aquatics Center at no additional cost to you. You will have access to all services that a basic membership provided. It is part of your UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plan. For questions on this Plan, you may call the customer service toll free number on the back of your ID card 8am-8pm daily. Natatorium employees can check your eligibility at the front desk also.
The Natatorium will issue you a CFOne membership card that you will use at the facility upon enrollment.

We can also help provide information on your eligibility. September through May contact the Natatorium, or June through August reach us at the Water Works Admissions Office. All eligible members will be enrolled for FREE and issued a CFOne card.
Resident & Season Pass Discount Cards
Discount cards are good for 10 non-resident guest visits at the resident rate!(Each purchase of the resident/season pass discount card permits you to bring your paying non-resident guests into the park at the CF resident rate)
These are great if you are planning a group outing to the facility or want to bring your out of town guests to enjoy our fun facility. Resident and Season Pass guest discount cards are available to current season pass holders or residents of Cuyahoga Falls.
$20.00 for ten (10) resident discount admissions, (each purchase of the resident/season pass discount card permits you to bring your non-resident guest into the park at a CF resident rate).
- Discount cards may be purchased exclusively by current season pass holders and residents of Cuyahoga Falls and must be presented exclusively by that current season pass holder or resident.
- No expiration date.
- No reimbursement for lost cards.
